In the frames of regional phase of "Rolan" 11th International Film Festival For Children and Young People from November 16 to December 16 Armenian with the undertaking of Armenian “Rolan Bykov” foundation and with the support of Ministry of Culture of RA the best festival film screenings and discussions took place in Vanadzor, Alaverdi, Gyumri, Gavar and Dilijan for children and youth living in the regions. The purpose of the project was cultural life stimulation as well as creating proper conditions for them to be a part of various cultural events.
